Our vegan peanut butter brownies are made with Skippy peanut butter, (the best) and only the best organic swiss cocoa powder.
My bug bear with vegan brownies has always been that they aren't fudgey enough, and loads of recipes suggest using mashed sweet potato or avocado in them to get the right texture.
But I'm a purist, and I believe potatoes and avocados should stick to being savoury foods (except for when potatoes are crisps. Crisps and chocolate are the best combination), so this here brownie is loaded with chocolate, and flour, and chocolate, and sugar......
