This cake is full of fruit - sultanas, apricots, raisins, figs, apricots, and dates to name a few. Covered with marzipan and white fondant icing, this is our classic Christmas cake, but with a little kitsch added to the mix.
This is an 8" cake, and will cut easily into 12-16 slices. We soak this cake with a little Brandy - but please let us know if you'd like yours alcohol free.
