Our best selling dish - now made VEGAN.
Simply defrost and reheat until piping hot, or to recreate our chorizo and baked eggs, pour into an oven proof dish, heat at 180c until piping hot, then crack two free range eggs on top and bake for a further 8-10mins. Serve with a dollop of creme fraîche and a sprinkling of fresh coriander.
Vegan? Don't worry! This is just as yummy without the eggs, and we like ours with a little oatly creme fraîche, but it's not essential.
