
All hail the black salt!
If you're an avid cook and you've never tried this before, you really need to get some for your kitchen. This salt comes from India, and has a pungent sulphurous scent and flavour, which comes from being kiln fired.
This is a great salt to use in vegan cooking, especially when trying to recreate dishes with egg flavours - and it's an absolute must for vegan scrambled eggs!
